My name is Dr. Frederick Foong,PhD, the owner of this Blogging Tips site.I used to be a management consultant in Total Quality Management and six-signma Process Improvement Facilitator in a local conglomerate for 9 years before I retired from employment in November 2009. As I have been “teaching” my knowledge, I have it in my brain and not many of them are in written format. As such, I felt it is a waste of my talent and the society for not able to get hold of my knowledge which are a collection of vast working experience in my 38 years working careers as well as 9 years in facilitation / education work.

In the last year before I retired, I had the urge to put all my experiences in Total Quality Management, General Management, Process Improvement Methodology and others into a form of library for sharing. Then, I wanted to share to as many people as position and I thought of using Internet.Then I took up a course in Blogging and Internet Marketing in the month of March 2009. Since then, I work very hard to put up my blog at http://swotanalysistemplate.com which was listed on goole page # 1 in 1 week. ( and remain in page #1 until today )

This blog has given me great confidence that what I learn was very useful. Being in teaching for 9 years, I began to think how to put all my experience in digital format such that many people can access to it. I began to experiment my blogging skill and published several blogs and product review blog. Several of them are list on google page # 1 whole a couple of them on page 2 or 3. From this scenario, I understood better how to set up and do up a blog such that it could be rank on google page #1
